Den Meeting Planning

Coming soon - video tutorial of this powerful feature.

This feature allows den leaders to plan out den meetings, including which requirements will be covered at that den meeting. Then they can easily send an email to all of the parents with all of the inforamtion automatically included. When the den meeting is complete, the den leader can record attendance and any dues collected. When this is entered, all of the scouts in attendance will automatically be given credit for completing the pre-defined tasks.

If the den leader chooses a pre-defined BSA Den Meeting Plan, then all of the requirements will already be pre-populated for them, saving a lot of time!

Communicating with your den

The den leader can easily communicate with all of the parents in his/her den be simply clicking on the "Send Email" link. All of the parents assigned to their den will appear with a checkbox next to their name. At the top of the form there is a dropdown selction box that lists pending Den Meetings. By selecting one of these, the email form will be pre-populated with all of that den meetings information. The den leader can of course update the form however they wish.
